What are the benefits are working with a personal trainer?

Personal trainers assess their clients and tailor an exercise plan based on the clients needs and goals. Personal trainers can assist clients in breaking through fitness plateaus, boredom, and feeling insecure.

What can I expect in an average session?

The first session will be focused on a physical assessment with a talk about goals, as well as nutrition. The following sessions will focus on an exercise routine and program to match individual goals.

Will my personal trainer work with pre-existing injuries or conditions?

Yes. At the first session any injuries should be discussed with the personal trainer so I can modify an exercise routine. If the injury or condition is something that would jeopardize the safety of the client while exercising, a medical clearance may be requested from the client’s physician.
